Swiggy — Fraudulently charging money for food that was not delivered

I was fraudulently charged for food that was never delivered to me. The customer care is of no use and is a waste.
I ordered food at 4:12 pm and the delivery showed 40 mins and the delivery boy was assigned immediately after that as i was tracking the order the delivery person did not move even a bit for 30 mins and that's when i called him but he did not answer the call I called the customer care and that man was so useless that he tells me that my food will be delivered in 10 mins and he was on call with and kept my call on hold soo many times. Later he tells me he cant get in touch with the delivery boy and when i asked him to cancel the order he charged for it. DISGUSTING!!! this must be a new scam. order no[protected]
