I ordered pizza on Swiggy from vendor called Slice of Italy, South Delhi. The food was delivered by Slice of Italy outlet in Shahpur Jat, Siri fort, New Delhi-110019. I found Long Hair in Pizza and raised complaint with Swiggy and sent them photo of Hair in Pizza. Swiggy support team didn't help much and didn't take ownership to talk to Slice of Italy outlet. Instead, said we've taken feedback and will take care next time. But they seemed to be shielding the Vendor outlet and not involving them and want to close issue at their end. It's a matter of Hygiene, filthiness and can make me and my family ill. It's a Health Concern and shows No Standard Cleanliness procedures and Quality checks implemented by the outlet of Slice of Italy. Similarly, Swiggy doesn't seem to have Instructions in place for their vendor for Food Quality and is equally liable for this mistake and they don't have proper procedures to penalize their vendors. Swiggy is yet to take any action on the vendor Slice of Italy but talks with them didn't suggest they will do so as they didn't share this option. Only said we'll take feedback and try to improve. There's no committment. Hence, Quality Checks is not part of their process and they're playing havoc with lives of people. I want strict action against them and Slice of Italy outlet in Shahpur Jat, Siri Fort, New Delhi - 110019 and an Audit of their processes, Quality checks and implementation of Quality checks and steps taken historically to resolve such HEALTH RELATED ISSUES and steps taken to derisk citizens health as COVID is still not over.
