Swiggy — I didn't get my parcel nor my refund but the delivery partner marked as already delivered

I had ordered food from The baskin robbins my
ORDER ID is #[protected] the delivery partner marked already delivered without delivering the parcel or food and i need a refund as the customer support executive from your side didn't provide me a solution as they told my refund or resolution will be given through mail if i send you mail to this, please help me out by proceeding with refund to my source account, i didn't expect this from swiggy please help me out
