I have placed order with Swiggy recently on Momo Shomo restaurant when I was having guests. I placed order for 1 chilli paneer, 1 veg manchurian, 2 plate veg momos, 1 hakka noodles and 5 samosas. I didn’t receive 2 plate veg momos, they only sent one plate. The curries was spilled all over the carry bag and all containers were broken. Only samosa and veg noodles were in average condition. I asked for a refund from Swiggy for all the damaged items but they refused to provide refund. I have been emailing them and spoke to customer care but no help from their side. They said they won’t provide refund. Have provided few pictures of all the mess.
