[Resolved]  Swiggy — I got wrong order but they claimed The order was correct

Today 15/12/2021

I ordered 2 pc hot and crispy and medium fries combo. INSTEAD I got 2 pc hot and crispy and small chicken popcorn. I shared photos too with them.
but the email support claimed that ‘We’ve checked the image provided by you and we’re afraid it did not pass the checks we ran before disputing this order with the restaurant.'
basically claiming that the order was correct and we are lying.

MOREOVER THEY FROZE MY SWIGGY ACCOUNT WHERE I WAS UNABLE TO VIEW AND SEND EXACT ORDER DETAILS THAT I ORDERED.
