Dear Sir/Madam,
On 13/12 Tuesday, i have placed an order from Swiggy amount of 2426/- (Swiggy order ID: [protected], UPI Transaction ID:[protected], Time : 1:16PM) which is payment under process and i have made another payment from Phonepay for the same order amount of 2425/- (Swiggy order ID: [protected], UPI Transaction ID: T2212131317314772418741, Time : 1:17PM) which is successful.. and after some time the Googlepay payment also showing Successful. (both amount debited from my bank account)
I contacted Swiggy customer support, who declined the initial payment and promised a refund within 48 hours, which has not yet occurred. They also advised me to contact my bank. My bank verified that the money has been sent to Swiggy. and Swiggy is still not confirming this payment.
Kindly help me solve this issue asap
