Swiggy — I have not cancelled my order but they put cancelled and cancellation fees on my side.

Hi, Shubham Chawla this side I have ordered from BTW Restaurant a Bhalla and A tikki with order I'd

My order got cancelled Automatically I have not told or chat with anyone to cancel my order but your executive told me that I have called in swiggy and demand for order cancellation but I have not make such call from my end and my swiggy account is only login in my single device but I thought due to a technical fault all this happens but there is no fault of mine so please return my cancellation fees back and as a proof I have attached some attachments.Hope you will understand my situation and refund my cancellation fees and my credit card coupon back.As I can only order with that credit card coupon four times a month so my one time is wasted for no reason. Please help me in this matter..
