Swiggy — i have ordered food i paid amount from google pay but due to delay of food delivery i requested to cancel my order and refund money

I have ordered food from swiggy worth inr 290/- on 24 june 2019. Later due to delivery executive late response and i have requested to cancel my order which is mistake from there end and requested to refund the amount. Till today 03 july 2019 they haven't refunded the amount to me and telling me it was already initiated. I need my money back as item didn't get delivered.
