To the Legal Team,
The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered something on 27th March in afternoon of rupees 699/-. I did payment online because there's no option for cash on delivery after sometime they mark my order as delivered but I didn't receive it. Now I'm talking with Swiggy Customer Support executive they refuses to refund my money back. I wrote 2 mails to Swiggy but they didn't revert me back, I'm attaching Files below. Please look into this matter.

I just want my money back that's it
