Swiggy — i order my food in swiggy app. i paid for my food i did not got my order... yet.

I order my food in swiggy app .i payed for my food I did not got my order ...yet.
The delivery agent did not contact me .i tired to contact him but he didn't respond my calls .
He aft few minutes he uptaded delivery status as delivered with out doing his job. I was continues calling to swiggy and chatting with swiggy they did not doing anything...

I payed 280 rupees amount
I want my food which I ordered or else I request to initiate the refund upon my order.
