Swiggy — I order product from swiggy mart but delivery boy stole and mark as delivered

I order product from swiggy on 10 pm but they late 3 hour and put as delivered without giving me and i have a proof of call recording of delivery boy and i complaint om swiggy mail id as well as on their chat but they doesn't resolve my issue
