[Resolved]  Swiggy — I paid twice for the same order - not giving my paid amount back

Address: Visakhapatnam

On the 14th Oct 2022., I ordered from swiggy (ORDER ID - #[protected] through online payment via paytm (Txn ID :- [protected])
the payment was successful and the order placed successfully.
But later i received a call from swiggy customer care saying " there is an issue with the server and payment was not received and pay to delivery person, your paid amount will be refunded in 2hrs ". I paid again to the delivery person via phonepe (UPID: [protected]@paytm) and I haven't received paid amount back.

It's been 9 days since I haven't received my paid amount of rupees 768/- . I have been raising the complaints in swiggy chats multiple times regarding the same issue. but haven't resolved the issue. and I also called swiggy delivery person multiple times regarding paid amount but haven't responded.

I have mailed to swiggy support multiple times. But haven't resolved the issue
