On July 30th around 7:10 pm i had made an order of some items from The swiggy instamart, that totaled to Rs. 1263/-.
One of the items in this order was 'The Brooklyn creamery sea salt caramel' which costed me around Rs. 314/-.
Upon the receiving this item it was noticed that the seal was already broken and the contents within were half empty. This app doesn't even have the option to make a complain.
I want an an exchange of the item at the earliest or refund the money to my account. Please send the exchanged item BEFORE WEDNESDAY (3rd Aug 2022) since i wont be home after that.
