Swiggy — I'm complaining regarding their unethical behaviour and not refunding my amount for non-delivery of my order

Address: SRF Limited, Matila, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

I placed an order worth Rs 327 from Mama Mea Pizza, Biwadi on 18 Oct 2022 at 1:10 pm. The address for delivery was absolutely correct, but the delivery agent denied to deliver the order. Inspite of immediate calling and instructing him regarding the address, he denied to deliver. The swiggy team also didn't help me with this. Infact they cancelled my order and also charged me with cancellation charges. Hereby I'm attaching the bill for reference.
