Swiggy — inappropriate cancellation fee charged despite the fact that swiggy declined to deliver to my address

Sector 4, vaishali ghaziabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201010

On my app it showed a refund of rs.275/- but i was refunded only rs138/-. I got a sms that rs137/- is deducted for wrong address however the address is correct but swiggy delivery guy declined to deliver to my address. Swiggy representatives are misquoting that delivery guy reached some other address however, in my order details my delivery address is very clear.
