Dear Consumer Complaints,
Greetings. This is what happened with Swiggy on 4th March 2022. I have placed an order #[protected] at around 1130 hrs which is scheduled to get delivered by 1230hrs, unfortunately neither I have received any sms with details of delivery executive nor any call from his no. At around 1250hrs there is a message citing delivery executive have called me and I did not respond, so Swiggy has cancelled my order and whole amount would be deducted as cancellation fee, it is quite interesting that when I was residing at the same house for the last two decades and I am inside the house, this delivery executive finds consumer non-tracable and non-responsive. When I tried approaching call centre's no, it is continuously engaged, so finally chat executive responded and told me same thing that I did not respond so Swiggy has cancelled my order and nothing can be reversed. Had I placed order with no-contact delivery, had it been delivered outside of my home, things would have been different. I live in DRDO Township of Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad where all central government quarters are numbered. My home is in third floor of five storeyed building where each floor is with two flats and all are numbered, interestingly swiggy delivery executive (Mr N Balraju) waited for 40 mins and since there is no response from my phone, Swiggy has cancelled order. There are signal problems in my place. This is Swiggy quality of commitment and cancels orders with zero refund. Had delivery executive could use lift and came to check the floor and flats that are numbered, I would have freely advertised Swiggy quality of service. I don't know Swiggy call centre person who canceled my order, looks like that person need to be educated properly, unless trained by company like that. Without any kind of intimation to consumer Swiggy cancels orders within few hours and grabs consumer's money. Very interesting...
Just to demonstrate to you, I have placed another order (#[protected] from the same outlet at 1515hrs and items are delivered with no-contact delivery at 1600hrs without any fuss. What is this kind of service. Atrocious way of earning money from first order (50% of its amount's reversal is initiated by chat executive as he himself felt the fault), but where as Swiggy is desperate to earn money through cancellations and with persons like Mr N.Balraju with the items for which customer pays and are resold by Swiggy for their pockets...Idiotic policy of Swiggy, I will keep quoting this and spread the message too... Swiggy must be taught a lesson.

Swiggy is a blody damn fraud fraud fraud and cheating company, suck your blood and money.they don't deliver the orders n cancel on their own and their bloody app don't work properly, they r screwing and eating peoples money and enjoying, they have not delivered my order and took all my money and. Cancelled the order and when I contacted them on chat they say they can't help, gross fraud it is shameless
