I had ordered for Rs 2055 on 3rd August 2022 but the amount for which I have recieved the GST invoice is only for Rs 1043. I've been following up with them from 5 days but still there is no resolution from their side. It is absolutely worst experience with Swiggy's consumer support team. There is no proper mechanism to keep track of the customer's request, every time I connect to their chat support I have to explain my issue from the beginning which is really annoying.
Please resolve this immediately.
