I ordered a meal from Mcdonald's restaurant around 12:31 AM(04th December 2022) midnight with order id[protected]. the delivery time was 37 minutes as promised by swiggy. it cost me 339 rupees. but it got delivered in more than 1.5 hrs. it made me wait more than the time promised but they compensated for extra waiting with a coupon of 136 rupees which is somewhat acceptable. but then the food delivered was so cold that it's inedible it was burger and fries and when it gets cold it really not edible. so I raised a complaint in return they issued a 68 rupees coupon for a meal wasted of worth 339 rupees. I asked for a full refund but they are not doing that. I just want my money back not a coupon.
I have the following concerns:-
`1. they don't have good and fast responsive customer support for this kind of issue. they play in the mail.
2. their customer support does not listen to the concern properly.
3. their customer support does not take any accountability and responsibility.
4. their resolutions are not acceptable.
this is happening to a regular one-member customer. and they must be doing this to a lot of customers. some customer does not even know how to get these things done.
i just want my money back thats it.
