I have ordered few groceries and scheduled at 2pm delivery. Delivery agent made a call and said order already delivered at 12 pm. Checked with family members and made a call to agent, he said he is coming. I didn't receive my order but marked as delivered. I was not at home so am not aware of it, I raised a complaint against it, got a response saying after 24hrs they can't do any action and closed the ticket. I neither got a refund nor the products.. It's a bad experience with agent and support too.. Was this information helpful? |
