I order grocery through instamart and suddenly i saw the order got canceled.
When i tried to enquired it, the support told me that the delivery boy unable to
reach me. Hence the order got canceled and more to the trouble the order was
marked as Non-Refundable. I got a SMS stating your request for canceling the
order was successfully done. Why the hell i will cancel my own order when i need
it. I raised my voice through support by explaining neither i got a call from the
delivery boy or the support for the same and the money was also not refunded.
This is a shame to the Swiggy of not verifying the authenticity and plundering
money by term it as non-refundable. I have no regret to name you guys as
cheaters as you are cheating customer with such offers.

Thank you for the time. I'm really sorry to know that about the cancellation. But we
tried reaching out to you multiples times, you were unable to reach out. The
delivery partner waited at your location for a while. Then we proceeded with
cancellation in order to compensate for the loss of time.

700 rs you are saying compensation amount. If i ordered for 2000 then 1 or 2
missed call cost 2000 as a compensation amount. Your cancellation policy is
biased. Its a big FRAUD!!!
