I have ordered some products using the swiggy instamart on 11Th Feb 2022.
But the product was not delivered to me and when i have called the swiggy excitive the calls were not even connecting to that person. Hence I have raised the issue with swiggy support team and during the chat swiggy customer care person also tried to connect with the delivery person but had no luck and he is also was not able to connect with the person. At the same time, I have received a notification stating the team is delivered and when I asked the same about swiggy they said they are unable to reach the delivery person and will get back to me within 24 hours. hence I have escalated the issue and raised complaint for not delivering the product and received the reference number[protected].
Swiggy was said they can refund the amount after chatting for 2 hours but I have denied this cheating case.
I need a penalty amount for spending time over the chat + the amount I have paid towards swiggy for instamart.
Swiggy team said they will respond back with 48 Hours - they have not responded back and even when asked about the status of the complaint now they are asking me to email teh details again which is irritating customer care experice. Was this information helpful? |
