I have ordered Honey & Sugar from InstaMart on 19 February 2023 #[protected] Order was wrongly marked as Delivered. I checked with the Security Gate for any entry relating my Flat. There was no entry.
My Husband spoke to Delivery Man who falsely claimed that he reached there and called which I didn't receive. He was not able to Name the Society but the Area only. When Customer Care Executive joined the call with Delivery Person he said collect from store. Which is far. Later he He cut the phone after saying he will deliver . Which he did not. ChatBot is not allowing me to connect to Customer Executive. Lost my money, and order is wrongly marked as delivered Was this information helpful? |
