Swiggy — international credit card charge

I order from swiggy and have my international visa card registered with them. When paying a screen comesup with an option to pay in local currence (I. E. Indian rupees). The option is dimmed out to the extent of being not visible. When i clicked on it it just hungs and no responce comes back. Result is they charge in the credit card currency (I. E. Us dollar) with a very low exchange rate, effectively charging me 20-30% more then if i had paid in rupees.
Their csr are ignorent and told me swiggy does not accept international credit card, even though i have it registered with them and the food was delivered with a charge on the same credit card. This is illegal to do, swiggy.

My order I'd is [protected]. I ordered half kg cake and what I got was a total mess!! It ruined my new year!
Also when I tried to complaint to swiggy they just kept transferring my call and chat to next person and in the end when I said I will complain on consumer forum they said do it ..we can't help from our side!!

Yesterday I was order some food and then after I not that I have order on wrong address on the same I sent cancel request to swiggy help but I can't response from swiggy and still nobody help me I just want me money.

My ordered at approx 08:00 pm and I didn't receive my before 09:00 pm then I chat with swiggy consumer care 2 times and 10:17 pm they notified me your order is delivered.
But I didn't get my order.
