Swiggy — irresponsible and unsafe delivery

I witnessed recently a guy with a swiggy overcoat and swiggy bag riding a two wheeler he was totally drunk and under the influence of alcohol that he fell of his bike and was sleeping in slush by the road side, i am petrified to think what if this person had to be conducting deliveries at places where there are people of the opposite sex, i suggest swiggy take frequent alcometer tests of all employees atleast once every two hours on a mandatory basis as otherwise the people are left unmonitored, the vehicle number was mh46br9217.
