I have placed an order on Swiggy for Mehfil restaurant, Banjara hills on Saturday June 17th. The order was prepaid.
Paid for 2 chicken biryani full packets. 460/-
Received only one packet. Called customer support and written numerous emails. They say they won't refund the amount. Delivery agent number is unreachable. Swiggy has cheated and stolen my money.
One full big packet is missing. And they are clearly saying they won't refund the amount, although they have taken it unjustly.
Lot of trouble caused by them. Pls help me get my money back. No one is taking responsibility. And they are not giving tje delivery agent number also.

Called support team soooo many times, they say only email team handles these cases and email team says they won't give refund. I'm not asking for compensation or something. I'm asking them to return the amount they have taken when they promised to deliver the order.
