Swiggy — Item not received, not refunded

Ordered item on swiggy, it shown out for delivery ... delivery within 2 mins... tried to call delivery partner, not connected. used swiggy chat option and contacted customer executive ., they told unable to contact delivery partner due to technical issue, but item will be delivered, , item got cancelled by them and convincing me 100% non refundable

they cancelled order and non - refundable . Adress given properly and noone came to apartment, we checked cctv also, even swiggy executive cannot connect to delivery partner and they are telling i am not available and order cancelled by them .

I have proof of chats... i need my refund amount completely

Complaint registered with swiggy, but issue resolved mail they are senting back.

Updated by Jeena Lijo Adress was given properly and it's a layout and easily identifiable too. If he came to layout, he can ask anyone and might have guided by security to location.
