Yesterday as there was occasion of rakhi, i ordered food for a family gathering .

which consisted of
following items are missing from my order
honey chilli potato *1
singapuri noodles* 1
Veg white sauce pasta *1
cheesy garlic bread*1
veg cheese burger *2
blue heaven mojito *2
aalu parantha *1
out of which
only aalu paratha *1 was delivered to me and rest of the items were missing . My sister took the delivery, as i was out tobring in sweets, as soon as i reached back i asked is the order delivered, she said yes, aalu paratha has been delivered, i asked what about the rest, she informed me this order has just this and nothing else . and after knowing this i immediately informed swiggy about the same .
for which it has now been 8 hrs since i am asking swiggy to refund my money, but they are denying to substantiate for the same, where i was suppose to enjoy the festival today i am continuously writing emails to swiggy for my hard earned money to be refunded, they have completely ruined my festival as well as my money is stuck .
i have always placed huge orders on swiggy ample number of times and have been a valued loyal customer, and nothing such happened, but i would never be able to trust swiggy from now onwards for even a penny.
hey just check the images attached i just had a chat on swiggy app and they told me to send whatever proof i have with me, sir this is the packaging i received yesterday for my order, you can simply see how small the bag is .
It contained an achar box, 1 aalu paratha and a dahi box .
sir just look at the bags' size for yourself, it is so small . and tell me thinking by yourself can it really carry all the items that i ordered from swiggy .
tell me yourself can it carry
1 white sauce pasta,
1 garlic bread,
1 noodle full box,
2 mojitos
2 burgers
1 honey chilli potato
along with aachar, aalu paratha and a dahi box.
sir i am genuinely telling you i have not received 90% of my order, and i am here trying since last 28 hrs to get my hard earned money back, for this defaulted order that i did not received properly, i am a reputed, valuable customer at your platform kindly refund my money i am begging you .
i am a freelance worker and I earn 1k in 3 days that too if i have clients to purchase my work . kindly understand my financial situation and refund my money .
you owe me my money please refund.
i request consumer forum to please help me get my refund, and take strict action against swiggy for such behavior towards customer for harassment and failed services .
i want my refund for missing items, they can cut their charges but atleast refund me for missing items, as soon as possible .
