Swiggy — Items found missing from my Order#[protected]

I have received my order and one of the items was found missing.
Missing item details:
Kissan Juicy Orange Squash
Please deliver the same.

I raised complaint on Swiggy Instamart and they suggested to email on their registered email and they have not taken any action.

I certainly understand your concern and apologize for the unpleasant experience that you went through with your last order.

Hence I will surely highlight this issue to our vendor management team and will ensure that stern feedback is shared with the store so that such issues do not repeat going forward with your future orders.
