Swiggy — Items missing from many orders

Items are missing from my many orders from Swiggy Instamart and restaurants orders .no complaints have been taken seriously and no refunds are provided.
Chat with the customer care executive is very bad they don't reply time make your chat hold for hours and complaints are not solved.

Of rs 158
Order#[protected] is missing of rs 402
Order#[protected] of rs 124
Orde#[protected] ofvrs 147 is missing
And many more orders. Registered mobile number with swiggy [protected].
I have been complaining on swiggy chat system no help being provided. They we can't validate your claim. Please help
