Swiggy — Items missing from package

My items were missing from my package that i got and swiggy instamart . Agent is saying sorry for this but cant give refund or replacement but i value for my money i didnt get my items but i paid for them so please help to get my desirable refund of this. i attached the package i recieve and chat of agent
