I am very frustrated from the application swiggy actually i have ordered the food on October 5 of this month for some of my guests but the items missing from my order and from that day i am continuously begging for my refund through chat support and email also for the items i haven't received but no response . Why are they taking full amount for the item which they are not giving in the parcel . I request you to help me in regarding this . My amount is not very big but atleast give me some solution but they are not interested after doing this fraud
