Swiggy — Items missing in the order and Swiggy not giving refund

I had placed order on 27th February 2022 morning for 500gms meat and 500gms chicken in single order from Tendercut through swiggy app. I received only chicken pack. I raised the complain on swiggy app they escalated to the Email team. Email team responded by saying they cannot refund as it cannot validate my claim. Now how can i prove that item was missing. I lost my money.

I hv written to swiggy customer care so many times via email. No solution
