I ordered food items through Swiggy. Four items were ordered, but I received only two of them. Bill value was 380 and in that (230 + Tax) worth items were not delivered. When I raised a complaint through chat they said they will give coupon worth Rs. 36 which can be used for next 30 days (or will expire). When I escalated they made me wait for around 20 minutes and then another person started chatting. He explained that their protocol does not allow refund so he will give coupon worth 181 which has to be used within 30 days (subject to certain conditions - you cannot use it for certain orders and so on) - why the hell they took my money and converted it into a coupon and dictating their own terms and conditions?
