I ordered veg food at swiggy on August 4 th 9.01 pm
Reshmi tikka at shri pandian hotel which was supposed to be veg and it was mentioned veg i.e green dot in between the box. At the same tym i ordered veg soup from v4 midnight dhaba at Ambattur at both sequence i got non veg chicken soup and chicken tikka.
I demanded for replacement only. They replaced again the soup correctly and the reshmi tikka was the same non veg chicken.
As im suffering from particular illness i was advised not to take non veg .
I clearly mentioned veg and i got non vegetarian
The second replacement i asked for refund
As i came to know they doesn't even take that issue

The swiggy contact team said they will replace the amount ₹99 only as coupon that too any other stuff cant be done
I tried to explain everything as much as possible
I paid 165 for vegetarian (reshmi tikka)
I didn't get wat i wanted or the money back.
I demanded the same but swiggy didn't give proper response till now.
So i just want to raise the issue
How a non vegetarian can be served to pt with who cant have non vegetarian
Wat if it was not identified as chicken
That might disturbed the treatment as well the health
That would have lead to serious illness or allergic reaction also
How is responsible for that.
These behaviour is not advisable
Kindly do the needful
