OFF late it has been very poor service from your team
Today I had an order delivered from Perambur Sri Srinivasa Sweets and Savories. the order was delayed (for whatsoever reasons). The delivery guy said he had another delivery that he had to deliver which caused the delay.
Even though I had to convince myself of the delay, the delivery guy opened his scooter storage area and amidst his dirty clothes (which he was using to clean his vehicle) was my food spread across. He was gathering the food shabily from his scooter storage area and was putting them back into the cover to deliver to me. Further, the swiggy delivery bag was in the front and was empty! He could have left them there, rather than throwing them down amongst his cleaning cloth and NEVER cleaned scooter storage box.
I complained about this to your team who said send us an email and we will look at this in 8 - 10 hrs. I tell them are you not bothered about me and my family starving for today, the response is meticulously that we would try to avoid this for the future. What about today - are you guys not bothered?
The service team has no empathy even if we starve for the day. they are very cool to tell us to wait for 10hrs for resolution. Isnt that great?
I ask for cancellation of my membership so that I get my money back the team says that I will loose money on the free upgrade that they had given me earlier from Swiggy Super to Swiggy one. So effectivly will not get money back!!! Was this information helpful? |
