I ordered 1kg Catla fish from Tender Cuts Kolathur store at Swiggy (Order number[protected]. But I received only 490g of fish. I have attached images of the package I received. Also the fish was bitter in taste. I’m so disappointed. You are cheating your valuable customer for ₹255. There is no proper response from Swiggy Support. +2 photos Was this information helpful? And there is no proper response except for the apologies bot response. Do you cheat each person’s money and ask apologies to everyone. Hello! I did raise this issue at [protected]@swiggy.in with all the details and proof. But I’m only receiving a bot response with apology which I’m not at all satisfied as you have cheated my money. I need a proper response with compensation for what I have faced.
