Swiggy — Meat delivery cheating

I ordered 1kg Catla fish from Tender Cuts Kolathur store at Swiggy (Order number[protected]. But I received only 490g of fish. I have attached images of the package I received.

Also the fish was bitter in taste. I’m so disappointed. You are cheating your valuable customer for ₹255.

There is no proper response from Swiggy Support.

Swiggy can’t even share their proper email id. And there is no proper response except for the apologies bot response.

Do you cheat each person’s money and ask apologies to everyone.

Hello! I did raise this issue at [protected]@swiggy.in with all the details and proof. But I’m only receiving a bot response with apology which I’m not at all satisfied as you have cheated my money. I need a proper response with compensation for what I have faced.
