Swiggy — Missing Item but charged full for it after cancel order

Hi,

I want to complain that swiggy has charged me full after cancellation of my order order I'd[protected] and my one item is missing out of 2 item and still have to have cancellation charges, and as a courtesy we have paid 150rs for the one item we have received

please solve my problem asap otherwise you will lose ur customer
