I had ordered Chick'n Rice Solo Combo from KFC and was supposed to receive 1 Popcorn Rice Bowl, 3 Chicken Strips, 1 Dip and one chilled Pepsi. I did not receive the Dip. I complained about the matter to Swiggy's customer care but a digitally automated message told me to email photos. I emailed them photos of the food I received and of the invoice which clearly states that I should be offered a Dip. The restaurant clearly knew that the item should be included but they might have forgotten to include it. So i asked for my money back but Swiggy refuses to give me a refund for the missing item. What's worse is that the customer care agents are so condescending as if I am complaining about the taste of the food.
If you charge for a service and do not provide it, you are illegally withholding the money that wasn't yours to begin with.
