Order issue (Items are missing from my order) for order #[protected]
the issue is i have not received the cake and i have received only the sandwich, i asked them to call the pista house and put me on conference call and I'll talk to them as a proof but you guys replied stating " Dear Customer,

Alternatively, you may rate the restaurant on the app, as this impacts their business directly and they are likely to be pulled into action seeing the same.
Thank you for taking the time to write to us regarding this issue., This is really unacceptable and I want to file a complaint with the higher authority as you guys are stealing people's money.
