This is regarding order no [protected]
I had placed an order at Oh Calcutta restaurant on 30th of May, 2024 via Swiggy app and made the payment online which was an amount of Rs 1414.
However after half an hour the delivery guy Mr.Surajit Mondal informed me over the phone that due to some technical issues Oh Calcutta is unable to view the payment done, so he will do the payment via cash and I need to pay him the amount in cash once he comes to deliver the order.
I spoke to Mr.Suraj, Swiggy customer care executive, regarding the matter, he said I need not make any payment to the delivery person.
However when the delivery person reached my doorstep he denied to deliver the order without the money and requested me to talk to Customer care executive once more.
On contacting Swiggy customer care, the lady over the phone convinced me that once I make the payment to the delivery guy I will recieve my refund within 2 hours.
I made the payment to the delivery guy believing the words of the customer care executive, however till now I have not received any updates regarding my refund.
Being a frequent customer of Swiggy, I am really disappointed with this issue and will request you to kindly look into the matter and get it resolved at the earliest.
