Swiggy — Money fraud by swiggy and delivery guy from swiggy

This is regarding the order I placed on 3rd march 2022 (order#[protected]. I was told by the delivery guy that the food was stolen before getting delivered. He requested me to cancel the order and assured me that I will get a full refund. The delivery guy shortly afterwards stopped taking my calls as well. You need to enquire about the whole matter from your delivery guy. I have recorded the call audio as well where the swiggy guy is telling me that the food is stolen.

However, when I escalated this issue to the customer care I was denied my money back. They continuously kept telling me that I have to pay for the cancellation fees. Why should I pay for the food which was not even delivered to me.

This horrendous experience has really made me lose the trust in customer loyalty of swiggy. I want you to note that if I don't get my hard earned money back, I will have to take necessary legal actions against swiggy

Swiggy — Swiggy Fraud fraud fraud

Swiggy is a blody damn fraud fraud fraud and cheating company, suck your blood and money.they don't deliver the orders n cancel on their own and their bloody app don't work properly, they r screwing and eating peoples money and enjoying, they have not delivered my order and took all my money and. Cancelled the order and when I contacted them on chat they say they can't help, gross fraud it is shameless
Sriharsha majety swiggy is a shameless fraudster and buggr he sucks our hard earned money and don't refund it, it's a fraudulent mobile app it doesn't work properly, when we give the address while booking it's their duty to deliver and no need to call and i[censored] don't lift call or ur number is not reachable then they will cancel the order and screw ur money and eat ur food shamelessly this is how sriharsha majety lives a life of a shameless beggar, better delete this fraud app
