Dear Sir,
I am writing this email with full regret and disappointment caused by Swiggy. I placed an order no.[protected] Dt. 29/11/21 at 11:28PM, pay the amount and order is accepted & confirmed by te restaurant.
after 1 hour at 12:33AM (from no. [protected]) I received a call from the customer care that they are not able to serve the order, after some discussion (about 3Min 9 Sec) he told that he will try to do it and call back in 5 Min. When I not receive any call from Swiggy, I call the customer care at 12:44AM (No. [protected]) he asked me to cancel the order and he don't have any other option at his end, so told him to forward the call to his seniors for the resolution of the issue, My call was put on hold for 180 Minutes, I wait till 3:40 AM but unable contact the seniors to resolve the issue.
Above series of incident totally disappoint me and change my opinion about Swiggy, never trust on Swiggy.
After completing my work when I feel very hungry and place order on Swiggy, pay in advance, order was accepted & confirmed, than after 1 hour at mid night how deny your customer to serve the order, when no much options are available and leave him hungry.
How Swiggy can respond like this and put the call of customer on hold for 180 Minutes ???
If your customer care is not have authority to resolve the issues of customers than pls close it.
I slept that night hungry even after paying the amount to Swiggy,
