Ordered an item in Swiggy and went without food. Ordered at Bengaluru Dindugal thalapakatti and did not get food and went without food because of the following mistakes. No solution or compensation provided
1. The app showed and item which was unavailable
2. The restaurant accepted the order even when item was unavailable
3. After 1 hour waiting time resturant told item unavailable. Does it really take an hour or a minute?
4. The restaurant contacted via swiggy delivery and refused to talk with us
5. After long the swiggy executive cancelled the order without a resolution.
6. Refund after 4 days.
