Sir/Madam,
As on Today (03/09/2022) I have made an order (ID[protected] from Swiggy with the usual address which was used for previous deliveries. today due to some unknown reasons, the delivery executive went in another direction and started arguing about the delivery address. Both the delivery executive and the support team had one voice (stating that my location was wrong). This is a matter of common sense, I'm sure that you can verify the matter just by checking my last order details and current order's address. But without doing this primary check you people have decided to cut my order and take away the money as cancellation fee (which is the easy & profitable way for them.
primary facia this is the mistake from your team and I need to suffer that.
So how come this is acceptable? Money is important for everyone, so they should not play with it
