Swiggy — non delivery

I am a super member of swiggy for a very long time now. I really wonder if this if this complaint will be ever resolved cause my past experience has been very terrible, annoying with the all that i have interacted with so far in customer service.

Even as of know i have not received a single call back for non delivery of this order.

How disgusting and unprofessional attitude of service levels, i really wander how long will it be before these people shut shop.

I would really be happy if some action is taken against this company for the terrible service levels
