Hello Swiggy ! Why any new order placed is adding 300 rupees surcharge? As far as I remember last order wasn’t delivered to my place. With 24 hours security personal it cannot happen that there was a person in gate to collect order. I would bear the expense if anybody even tried to deliver the order. When I am not at any fault, this kind of surcharge on customer by Swiggy is unacceptable. This way you leave me with only option of moving to Zomato. This way of charging money without delivery from regular customers certainly leaves a bad taste to avail Swiggy Services. I would like to know finally whether surcharge of 300 rupees will be reverted back or should I move to any other delivery services. Please respond back ASAP. Joydeep Roy Chowdhury.
