[Resolved]  Swiggy — Not being compensated for receiving different food

I ordered crispy veg from swiggy( the restaurant was burger king) with extra cheese ( i paid extra for it) but received both burgers without any veggies and my extra cheese which i paid for (which is clearly not crispy veg but only just aloo tikki burger) i talked with burger king, they said maybe u received different order u can ask swiggy for help. I sent swiggy the photos, mailed them twice but they said they can't compensate me because of not enough proof. I paid for veggies and cheese but didn't got any and they are not even taking any responsibility to this clearly visible problem.

No resolution has been given to even if if the complaint have been marked resolved. And till this complaint i have received similar but worse issues and still all they say is we are sorry we will take care of it in future. And even after i recorded a video of opening the food they still didn't gave any resolution. Always open and check your food before giving money to the swiggy employee and make sure to do COD. They are worse scammer than you think. They know that you can't do anything and you won't go to court for 100-2000 ruppes so they act like this.
