Swiggy — Not getting refund for the order which I didn't receive

On 12th Nov 2023 I had made an order on Swiggy.

Order ID - [protected]

Due to unknown reason, the order was marked as delivered on app but I didn't receive the order at all.

I have reached out to Swiggy support team through the app and mail for refund, but they have not resolved it, in fact they have just taken this as feedback for themselves. This is very pathetic and unacceptable action from the team.

Also to mention I have Swiggy One membership, yet this is the case.

Hope this complaint will urge the support team to remediate their mistake and also bring awareness to fellow Swiggy users!
