I ordered food from Swiggy with 5 items. Instead of 5 I received a delivery of 4 items only. I raised a query to swiggy help chat; I got a bot message that your concern will be solved in 6 hours approximately. I waited a couple of days then I dropped an email and I received a reply in which they said my concern is ok but they will not give compensation for the missing item as per policy. Then I requested them kindly share with me their policy or terms and conditions where they mention they will not give any compensation for missing item but they never replied and I dropped couple of reminders but no reply till yet.
It is requested to kindly take strict action, Swiggy, as I believe they have no right to take money if they do not deliver the services. Was this information helpful? |
