Swiggy — Not giving me coupon on wrongly charged fee even after they said would as it was a mistake

I was offered a coupon for an incorrectly charged delivery fee. However, their chat closed before I was able to get the code. When I emailed about the same, they said they could no longer give the code to me. For no apparent reason.
